My Vacation

I ask off work for a week,
	I give up countless hours with my friends,
	I get behind on bills,
Often my spiritual life declines,
Just to spend one week getting behind.
Is that really vacation?
I think not.

A real vacation for me is…
Spending valuable time with those I love,
Working together with my brothers and sisters
Serving our God,
Finishing something like high school successfully,
Working to pay my bills.
Is that really vacation?
It is to me.
